We are a Christian church, which operates in nearby Dobruška and since summer 2019 also in Kostelec nad Orlicí and offers a helping hand to asylum seekers, who are located in the Residential Center in Kostelec nad Orlicí. If you are an asylum seeker, you will probably welcome some of what we offer.

What we offer:

• above all, we offer a personal friendship - we strive to be in regular personal contact with asylum seekers who want it. We are aware of the fact that you have left the background of family and friends in your country and in the Czech Republic you are now mostly without friends and knowledge of local customs.

• to asylum seekers and others we offer spiritual care and biblical teaching (some have fled their country shortly after they became Christians and need to be taught the basics of Christianity). This offer also applies to non-Christians who want to learn more about Christianity. For these who are interested we arrange the participation at our Sunday service in Dobruška or in another evangelical church in the area.

• we offer the necessary practical help or assistance where needed (if we can). 

• and finally, we want to facilitate contacts with other people and organizations that can provide further assistance in asylum procedures, job opportunities and other assistance in the process of joining the Czech society. But It is important to say, that we start and our contacts are limited at this time.
